Deep Fried Oyster Mushroom



Salam semua di malam hari Rabu... Masih belum sembuh daripada batuk yg tahap bila batuk terasa otak di kepala pun turut bergegar (batuk kering). Secara kebetulan my hubby pun kena...

Bukan tak masak... masak simple2 buat budak2 jer.....


Ni tadi mama goreng cendawan. Dah banyak kali mama buat. Memang suka sekali pada cendawan goreng ni sebab ada rasa macam ayam goreng.. Seperti biasa resipi dari rumah sapa... sapa lagi rumah AYU lah....

Ingredients:-
2 packets oyster mushrooms
4 garlics minced
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 cups rice flour
1 cup potato starch (I used tapioca flour)
1 egg
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
salt to taste
water to estimate

Method:-
Mix all the above, except the mushroom. When mixture ready, dip in mushrooms and deep fry till golden brown. Ready. Nice to eat while its hot.
